Upcoming Events – October 2016

Youth Bowlers,

First off, we hope everyone is okay and recovering from Hurricane Matthew.

September was a great start to the bowling season, with a lot of excitement both in leagues and in tournaments.  Here’s what we have to look forward to this month (beyond your weekly bowling leagues):

• Saturday, October 15th – Jacksonville Jr Bowling Tour (JJBT) scholarship event at Beach Bowl; 12pm-12:45pm registration, 1pm start.  Anyone with a 120+ current average may enter to win scholarships and earn Player of the Year points!
• Sunday, October 16th – Youth Leaders Meeting at 1pm; Travel League (week 2) at 2pm — both at King Pins Bowling Center.  It’s not too late to join!
• Saturday, October 22nd – Challenge Tournament at Nassau Bowling Center – 1pm registration, 2pm start.  See your center’s Youth Director to compete in this tournament.
• Saturday, October 29th – Final day to submit teams / registration forms for the Annual City Tournament (held November 19th-20th) to your center’s Youth Director.
• Sunday, October 30th – Travel League (week 3), 2pm at Beach Bowl.
