Recognition

Recognition is a key component of the youth bowling programs in our Association.  All bowling centers are encouraged to recognize bowling achievements during weekly leagues.  Significant achievements are honored across the entire First Coast USBC Association.

Many people give of their time and talents to help our youth bowling programs become successful.  Recognizing these volunteers is essential; Each year, at the Coaches Memorial Awards Ceremony, special recognition awards are given to deserving individuals in the following categories:

• Volunteer of the Year
• Coach of the Year
  

In addition, individuals may be inducted into the First Coast USBC Youth Hall of Fame during the Awards Ceremony.  There are several categories for the Hall of Fame:

• Youth Hall of Fame, for Meritorious Service
• Youth Hall of Fame, for Bowling Achievement
• Coaches Hall of Fame

All of the above award winners must first be nominated by another person, who must submit the formal nomination form(s) to the Hall of Fame Committee by December 31st of each year for consideration.  The forms are located in each of the Recognition Award pages on this website.
