Volunteer of the Year

Adults volunteer their time and talents to help youth bowling programs, fundraisers and tournaments become successful.  To recognize adult volunteers for their dedication and support of Youth Bowling, the First Coast USBC Youth Hall of Fame Committee may select one (1) volunteer per year to receive the “Volunteer of the Year” award.  This award is presented at the annual Coaches Memorial Ceremony, and the bowling center they represent will also receive a certificate of appreciation.

Anyone may submit the name of a volunteer to the FCUSBC Youth Hall of Fame Committee using the form below (forms from past years cannot be used).  The deadline for nominations is December 31st of each year.  Please note: Nominees must have volunteered in the USBC Youth Program for a minimum of the most recent two (2) years, and a person can earn this honor more than once.
