Hall of Fame – Youth

The First Coast USBC Youth Hall of Fame honors youth bowlers for their bowling achievement or their service efforts.  Each year, the First Coast USBC Youth Hall of Fame Committee may select one (1) male bowler and one (1) female bowler for bowling achievement, along with one (1) male bowler and one (1) female bowler for outstanding service, to be inducted into the FCUSBC Youth Hall of Fame.  These awards are presented at the annual Coaches Memorial Ceremony, and the bowling center they represent will also receive a certificate of appreciation.

Anyone may submit a name for nomination to the FCUSBC Youth Hall of Fame Committee using the following forms:

2023 Youth HOF Nomination Form – Bowling Achievement – Blank

2023 Youth HOF Nomination Form – Meritorious Service – Blank

Note: The current nomination forms are the only ones allowed; forms from prior years cannot be used.  The deadline for nominations is December 31st of each year.  Please refer to the applicable nomination form for the specific eligibility requirements for nominees.
