2020 JJBT TOC – Social Distancing Impacts

Please read and adhere to the following social distancing impacts to Saturday’s Tournament of Champions event:
* Check-in / Tournament desk will be in the arcade room side of Batt Family Fun Center (not behind lanes 3 & 4). A temperature scan will be performed on bowlers in order to compete. If you are sick, stay home. Anyone (including spectators) exhibiting signs of contagious illness will be asked to leave and is not entitled to a refund.
* The divisions will be completely separate; bowlers will still move every game but within their own division’s group of lanes.
* Seating is very limited for spectators, tall tables only. We ask that no more than 1 spectator per entrant attend to comply with occupancy limitations in the bowling side of the building.
* There will be a designated official for each division. They will collect all scoresheets, bring them to the TD, and bring them back to the bowlers. They will also be the point person for relaying lane / scoring issues to the front desk to address.
* To limit movement and crowding, results after the 3rd, 4th, and 5th games, and each brackets round, will be posted on our Facebook page and printed for each group.
* The tournament may last longer than usual, depending upon turnout / number of bowlers per pair.
We look forward to concluding the JJBT season with a great event, even with the adjustments. See you Saturday (check-in closes promptly at 12:45pm… don’t be late).

Volunteer Opportunities

Below are the current and upcoming opportunities for volunteers at the Association level… see your Center Youth Director for those at the league / center level. All volunteers must be active RVP’s to serve in any capacity, unless between the ages of 14-17. Please email fcusbcyouth@gmail.com or contact the Chairperson regarding any of the volunteer opportunities you are interested in fulfilling.
