Over the past 4 weekends, youth bowlers from around the state traveled to Brandon & Tampa to compete for scholarships — bowling in teams, doubles and individually. Several bowlers from the First Coast USBC did really well and we’d like to recognize performances in the top 15%.
(Note: 1 in 10 entries for team, doubles & singles will earn scholarships… the top 10%. In 2016, the award ratio was 1:12, or roughly 8%. For the “All Events Handicap” results, the top 2 in each division earn scholarships; Also this year the highest scratch score, boy and girl, that doesn’t win the All Events Handicap award will win $100 each.)
